The Consumer Behavior and Analysis Course taught me how consumer behavior and analysis methods are used and what motivates customers to follow through the funnel to make a purchase. From understanding Boarding Pass Coffee's brand persona to curating surveys that help improve upon the brand. Each digital campaign strategy gives a deeper knowledge of what is successful with a company and what might need improvement.

During my first courses at Full Sail University, I learned about various marketing strategies, tactics, and analytics. Understanding these technical skills prepared me to take a deeper dive into personally knowing my consumers. I enjoyed creating a brand persona for Boarding Pass Coffee. During this process I was able to learn my customer's demographics, purchasing habits, values, and where they might spend their time. Boarding Pass Coffee's brand persona gave me insight into what platforms or websites to target my ads to yield more conversion rates. In addition to knowing where to target, I was taught strategies that will improve overall customer experience and loyalty. For example, utilizing surveys reveals areas of the brand that are successful and areas that might need improvement. Knowing what areas need work, we can improve customer experience through their suggestions. Plus, giving my customers a voice allows them to feel valued by the brand, which builds upon customer loyalty knowing that their voice will be heard.

There are many strategies and tactics from this course that will help me in my final project. Each class pushed me to tell a story of my company's products and origins more than I could imagine. I am eager to learn more about digital marketing throughout my degree.
